Reservation & Cancellation

Because of the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you to make an advance reservation for any of our treatments. A reservation can be secured by phone or in person. We require a valid credit card to hold your reservation.
Since we strive to provide such personal service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact us significantly; therefore we have a strict cancellation policy. A no-show will result in a charge to your credit card for the full amount of services. If you are using a gift certificate, it will be voided. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or the aforementioned no-show penalty will apply.

Late Arrivals

Please do not compromise the quality of your treatment by arriving late. We will end your service on time out of consideration for other scheduled guests.
